There is this tiny guy called dopamine and his friend called "serotonin" Everytime you go out cycling or just go out for a walk - its them also who come out walking in your brain neural system.

Look at this guy kensin - walking along in you, so that you feel that happiness. But you guessed it right - its them too who have been in a state of lockdown. But dont worry - we know how to get these guys out in your system again. Here is a list of 5 things! that you will get your happiness moving.

Lunch with a friend – Call over a friend - sanitize them tip to toe - wear a mask and get cooking. Imagine the happiness of doing an activity together - eating the food you cook - and chatting up about old times.

Heart-to-heart VOLUNTEER WORK – What is better than service to bring back the feeling of goodness? With the pandemic on the rise - the country is not short on service required across states and provinces. wear the gloves, put on those masks - and get on your "seva" T-shirt.

GO TO THE LIBRARY - Many people avoid coffee shops because they can be noisy and full of distractions. If you fall into this category, consider heading to the library.. You will leave your house for a moment, and you will have a moment of stillness, having space to work. It is a win-win situation.

Keeping pictures of loved ones in the working space – Constant support from loved ones has been always a boosting factor for every worker. Knowing the fact that there are people that cares for you and loves you is the best feeling for better work outcomes. Therefore, keeping pictures of people or persons we love can bring happiness and lower down the loneliness of working alone.

Boost the weak connections – In life, we all have weak and strong connections. People like your parents, your spouse, and friends are strong connections, while the weak connections are those people who are not strangers or friends either. It turns out that these weak connections have a huge impact on your mental health. Some research suggests that these could be just as important as the strong ones. You know what they say? there is no friend you had, who was once not a stranger. So get bonding!

EXERCISE – The last is the obvious! A good workout session - may it be the Bollywood groove or even that cardio or strength and training on YouTube that you have been dying to catch up on! This is the time to do that! Fix a workout date with yourself - bring a towel, because it should get hot and steamy! and let those happiness hormones dance along.
